Evolution 4x4 are a specialist conversion company, we do not currently sell vehicles.

We take your existing vehicle and complete extensive conversion work to the chassis and body, modify the suspension and add bespoke design larger flared wheel arches, along with several other modifications to provide you with the complete off road vehicle. Genuine Toyota parts are used where required as well as bespoke fittings which where possible are fabricated in house. We also use parts and extras from reputable suppliers.

We offer a range of standardised conversions starting from 33” up to 37” Tyres. These packages are a mere starting point; any amount of extras can be added to further enhance the vehicles look and performance.

So who would want a conversion?

This list is by no means exhaustive, but as has been seen on TV, vehicles with larger tyres are able to get further over tougher ground. Larger tyres mean a larger contact patch, giving greater traction on whatever ground you’re travelling over. You also make less impact on the environment by spreading the load of the vehicle over a larger area, so lessoning tyre ruts and scaring of the ground

If you’re looking for something to take you further than most then we can offer a bespoke design and build of up to 44” tyres. Please bear in mind this size of vehicle is an ‘off road specific’ conversion and not advisable for road use. Contact us for more information.
